Due to the intimate nature of our products, all purchases are final. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once delivered.

Defective Items & Non-Eligible Conditions

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution. For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for replacement or refund. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.
