Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all purchases are final. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once delivered.
Defective Items & Non-Eligible Conditions
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for replacement or refund. Used, modified, or damaged items are not eligible.Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and are typically credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
